For those new to traditional step class or those more familiar with this great cardio workout, this is for you.  You can learn the basic moves of this great workout and then add more and more moves each week until you are adding risers to make the class more and more intense.  Even though this may be a basic class, there are ways to increase intensity either by adding risers or exaggerating your arm movements.  Come in a give it a try.
